The short version of how I learned to build, lead, lose, win, and keep showing up. ### I sold a project for 400 EUR. Then it made a million. A beautiful little startup lesson: timing, distribution, and execution matter. Also, yes, this one still hurts in a funny way. ### I designed a trivia mobile game with thousands of daily players. Quiz War was gameplay, UX, project management, marketing, and a lot of thinking about questions when I should have been thinking about sleep. ### I won 3 team programming hackathons as a team leader. The best part was not just winning. It was getting a small team to move fast, choose what matters, and finish under pressure. ### I can bench 100kg and do 10 muscle ups. Street workout is my offline side project. Same pattern as startups: repeat ugly basics until something looks impressive. ## Builders are better in the same room. Here's why transparency is my unfair advantage. Three years ago, I started sharing revenue numbers, failures, and the daily grind on Twitter. People thought I was crazy. Now, it's one of the best decisions I've made for my businesses. ### The fear of sharing When I first thought about sharing publicly, I had all the usual doubts: - What if competitors copy me? - What if people judge the small numbers? - What if I fail publicly? Spoiler: most of that fear is louder than reality. ### What actually happens #### You attract your people The moment I started sharing, I connected with indie makers going through the same journey. These people became friends, beta testers, customers, and occasionally the exact person I needed to hear from. #### You get free feedback When you share what you're building, people tell you what's confusing, what's missing, and what's unexpectedly useful. #### You stay accountable It's hard to quit quietly when people are watching the journey. Public commitment is a surprisingly useful productivity hack. ### My rules 1. Be honest. Share the losses too. 2. Be consistent. Show up before you feel ready. 3. Be helpful. Teach something, don't just report numbers. 4. Be human. People follow people, not dashboards. You don't need a huge audience. You just need to start telling the truth about what you're building. ### Hello World!
