A builder.
On both sides
of the brief.

I’ve founded agencies, led development teams, and built and sold SaaS products. Today I help business teams get their AI projects built.

Ivan Homola

Code, products,
and growth.

It started with software.

I have an IT background, founded a software development agency, and led two development teams. That gave me experience making technical decisions and taking responsibility for delivery.

Then I moved closer to the business.

I founded a growth marketing agency and later co-founded another marketing agency. I got to know the work behind campaigns, sales, and agency operations from the inside.

I built products of my own, too.

Building my own products meant being responsible for what to build, how to bring it to market, and whether people would use it. Today I’m also building Delegento, my own AI product.

Today, those roles come together.

That background lets me move between business context, product decisions, and technical delivery. You can talk to me about the problem before you know what the solution should look like. I work with sales, marketing, and product teams that need an external person to own AI implementation.

See what that looks like

Five SaaS projects I built and exited

I’ve built and exited five SaaS products across AI, content, and marketing. Owning the product meant taking responsibility for the business as well as the software. That experience shapes how I work with client teams today.

Good things happen
when builders meet.

I organize meetups and AI hackathons, bringing people together to exchange ideas and build things.

I’m also involved with Nexteria, a Slovak educational organization helping young people develop their potential and connect with practical experience.

People behind the projects.

Meetups, conversations, and the occasional room full of people building something together.

A few fun facts.

The short version of how I learned to build, lead, lose, win, and keep showing up.

  1. 01

I sold a project for 400 EUR. Then it made a million.

A beautiful little startup lesson: timing, distribution, and execution matter. Also, yes, this one still hurts in a funny way.

  2. 02

I designed a trivia mobile game with thousands of daily players.

Quiz War was gameplay, UX, project management, marketing, and a lot of thinking about questions when I should have been thinking about sleep.

  3. 03

I won 3 team programming hackathons as a team leader.

The best part was not just winning. It was getting a small team to move fast, choose what matters, and finish under pressure.

  4. 04

I can bench 100kg and do 10 muscle ups.

Street workout is my offline side project. Same pattern as startups: repeat ugly basics until something looks impressive.
