The context
Michal shared that companies were already photographing or scanning his Yellow Book to create their own virtual Pastier. Together with Stanislav Vojtko, we built AI Pastier with Michal’s involvement, making his branding expertise accessible through a conversation. The agent drew on his Yellow Book of Brand Building, his methods, and his approach to thinking about brands.
What I took on
- Help turn Michal’s branding knowledge into an interactive voice experience.
- Build the agent together with Stanislav Vojtko.
- Bring the public beta to launch with Michal’s involvement.
The work
People could talk to AI Pastier about their brand direction, naming, distinctive brand elements, and marketing challenges. We launched the public beta on 17 November 2025. My work focused on the technical implementation that made those conversations possible, working with Stanislav and Michal to bring the idea to life.
A branding conversation with AI Pastier
Public beta launched 17 November 2025
The voice interface invited people to bring a concrete branding question and discuss how to apply Michal’s ideas to their own business.

An idea people wanted to talk to
AI Pastier became a viral project that gave people a new way to use Michal’s expertise. The pilot showed people spending time in conversations and coming back with more questions. We took an expert’s body of work and made it something people could talk to about their own business.
